Do you workout in hotel gyms?  I typically do not because, well, I work in a gym, so when I vacation, I usually steer clear.  Also, if you knew how I vacationed, I am always cramming in as much as I can so really, no good extra time.  BUT, I am traveling this week for my daughter's soccer and had some extra time so I hit the hotel gym and man, it was so nice to workout in a gym by myself!  Here's a sample of what I did.  My goal was to get about 45 minutes cardio (I walked 20 and elliptical 25) and then a full body strengthening routine of my favorite exercises.

Each time is 20 seconds long.  Push yourself during the 20 seconds.  Then, you get 10 second rest between each exercise and a 1 minute rest between each Tabata cycle, with an option to do some upper body strength training during the rest.
